Primacy's global reach is supported by its subsidiary MVP group International based in Charleston, South Carolina offering designing facilities and manufacturing facility in Mayfield, Kentuky, North Carolina and also offers warehousing and distribution facility to various customers.

Recently Primacy acquired 100-year old US-Based Midwest-CBK, the manufacture of household candle brands like Colonial Candle, Seasons of Cannon Falls and CBK, candle manufacturing factory in Elkin, North Carolina.
